We deliver within Australia and offer Free Delivery for these orders. Please contact us if you require delivery to other country and we will provide an estimate of cost.
Generally parcels within Australia arrive in 3-5 business days. However, for remote parts of Australia and during holydays shipping may take longer; you may expect your order to be delivered within 10-15 business days. Check order tracking information provided and contact us if you did not get your order after 15 business days.
If you have an urgent order let us know and we will do our best to deliver it sooner.
We ship all orders from Sydney by Australia Post within two business days of confirmed payment. In most of the cases it takes up to an hour to verify the payment, but sometimes might take up to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the despatch e-mail with tracking number and link to Australia Post website where you can check the delivery progress.
Changes of shipping address
You can change your details including shipping address in “My account” page on our website.
Please note all changes of personal details and shipping address will not affect existing orders. Be sure to provide us with correct details before order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
At Purfe we do our best to provide the highest quality items and the friendliest service. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 5 business days from the delivery date (based on Australia Post delivery date) on the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached.
If the returned item does not follow the Return Procedure or does not satisfy the conditions above we might not be able to issue a refund or ship the item again. Please follow the Shipping and Return policy carefully.
Please note: Items made to fit, items purchased on sale and coupons are non-refundable.
Before you return the item please contact us and let us know:
- your order number
- reason for return
- preferred return option
We will provide you with further instructions.
- Store Credit. – we will issue you a store credit coupon on the amount of your order with 1 year validity period.
- Exchange – you can exchange your purchase for a different in-stock-item of the same price. We will issue a Store Credit covering the difference if you decide to go with a lower priced item or allow you to pay extra if item costs more than Return Item.
- Refund – we will refund you the amount you paid for the product, excluding shipping fees if applicable.
If no option is chosen we will process the return as Store Credit.
How will I be refunded
You will be refunded the same way you paid:
- PayPal – you will receive the same amount you have paid in Australian dollars into the same account your payment came from.
- Bitcoin – the amount you paid in Bitcoins will be credited back into the same address. In other words, if you paid 1 Bitcoin, your refund will be 1 Bitcoin. Important! Please let us know the Bitcoin address for refund if original address cannot be used to receive Bitcoin payments.
Please note currency exchange fees and charges are non-refundable.
I am returning a gift, who will get refunded?
The person who originally made the purchase will get refunded for the order.
Return postage fees
We offer one free return per order for Australian orders. We will let you know the details on how to return item after you contact us.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed after we get a package from you.
If returned goods satisfy Shipping and Return policy and our requirements you will be credited using specified return option within 10 business days.
If returned goods do not fulfil our Shipping and Return policy we will advise you by email and see if another option might be suitable. You may choose to get the product shipped back to you without refund (additional shipping costs may apply).
